3 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge
-
1
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
-
3
cups
chocolate chips
milk, dark, or semi-sweet
-
¼
cup
unsalted butter
-
Line an 8x8 or similar size pan with foil or parchment and spray lightly with non-stick spray. Set aside.
-
In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.
-
Heat over low heat and stir frequently. Do not heat too quickly or it can scorch.
-
As the chocolate melts, the mixture will then start to thicken up. Continue to stir. Fudge is done when it is smooth and looks like frosting.
-
Transfer the fudge to the lined pan and press into the bottom in an even layer.
-
Allow to set at room temperature for 4 hours or in the fridge for about 2 hours.
-
Slice and serve.
Storage: Fudge can be stored in an airtight container for 1 week or frozen for 3 months.
