Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups chocolate chips milk, dark, or semi-sweet
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 or similar size pan with foil or parchment and spray lightly with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.
  3. Heat over low heat and stir frequently. Do not heat too quickly or it can scorch.
  4. As the chocolate melts, the mixture will then start to thicken up. Continue to stir. Fudge is done when it is smooth and looks like frosting.
  5. Transfer the fudge to the lined pan and press into the bottom in an even layer.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature for 4 hours or in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  7. Slice and serve.
