A little bit about me:

Welcome to my crafty world!

I’m so thrilled you stopped by.

First, I’m going to tell you just some bullet point facts about me so you know what makes me tick. Then I’ll talk about the biz and why I’m crazy enough to have a blog and a printable store!

So let’s get started:

• My name is Nathalie Brown.
• I’m a professional graphic designer (Adobe Illustrator is my happy place).
• I’m a wife of a P.I., (it sounds much more glamourous than it is) and he’s spent so much time on Yelp that he’s also a Yelp Elite (that gets me in some pretty good events though),
• I’m a homeschooling mom of 2 precious (not so little anymore) girls. Which means I don’t have a ton of free time….
• I’m a pretty good cook. My kids will eat anything I make, even if it’s green!
• I don’t read my Bible nearly enough but do my best to live by my Christian faith.
• My passport is American but I’m French by birth (which explains the “h” in my name).
• I love all kinds of Asian foods (poke anyone?)
• I’m that mom who goes overboard on parties (duh!)
• I shall never give up bread. (Did you read the part where I was French by birth?)
• I’m a “Firefly” fan (all sci-fi really.)
• I went to film school.
• My claim to fame is that I used to be a background regular on “Star Trek Deep Space 9”. If you pay attention you can also see me on “Independence Day”. (I spent the 90s on movie sets)
• Before staying home, I spent 8 years in a cubicle as a graphic designer and I learned a ton, especially in packaging (have you seen my favor boxes?).
• I’ve been know to play the ukulele, mostly at Christmas time (It sure makes Christmas festive)
• I like to crochet and sew when I have the time.
• My favorite flower is a lily and my favorite color is blue…

Why Press Print Party!?

As a professional graphic designer I’ve always loved to make my own printable designs for my girls’ parties. I was also asked by friends to create printables for their parties… so was born Press Print Party!.

I get such a thrill designing each party in my Etsy store and now my store on my website. I design all the graphics myself in Illustrator and very carefully choose high quality and unique fonts to best suit the feel of the set. You’re getting many hours (days/weeks) of dedicated work in every party and a unique design you won’t find anywhere else.

My goal is to help you have a truly one of a kind party. I provide affordable and customizable complete party suites with a variety of options within each package. All you need to do is press print and party! Well, there is that cutting, folding and gluing thing, but you’ll love not having the same, boring party decorations that everyone else is buying at the store.
