✂️ How to Make DIY Firework Cupcake Toppers

Supplies you’ll need:

• Cellophane wrapping paper (the dollar store is a gold mine for this!)
• Tape
• Scissors
• Toothpicks or lollipop sticks

4th of July Cupcake Toppers Instructions:

1️⃣ Cut your cellophane into 5″x5″ squares.

2️⃣ Fold the square in half.

3️⃣ Fold it in half again.

4️⃣ Fold it in half one more time.

5️⃣ Cut little fringes from the open edge, being careful not to cut all the way through.

6️⃣ Open the paper to the first half fold and lay it flat.

7️⃣ Tape a toothpick or lollipop stick to one end.

8️⃣ Roll the paper tightly around the stick.

9️⃣ Tape the end securely.

🔟 Fluff the tassels to make it look like a mini firework!
