1. Stack Attack
Materials Needed:
- 36 plastic cups

How to Play:
Stack all 36 cups into a pyramid (8 on the bottom row) as fast as possible. Once complete, take the pyramid back down into a single stack before time runs out.
2. Movinโ On Up
Materials Needed:
- 40 plastic cups (39 of one color, 1 of another)

How to Play:
Start with the different-colored cup at the bottom of the stack. Move the cups from the top of the stack to the bottom, one at a time, without dropping the stack. Continue until the different-colored cup returns to the bottom.
You can make this more challenging by making the contestant use alternating hands.
3. Ping Tac Toe
Materials Needed:
- 9 plastic cups
- Ping pong balls in 2 colors (5 of each)
- Table

How to Play:
Fill the cups 3/4 full with water and arrange the 9 cups in a 3×3 grid on a table. Players take turns bouncing ping pong balls toward the cups, trying to land three in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally). You can play one-on-one or in teams, and the first to score a โtic-tac-toeโ wins. Keep playing rounds until time is up, and see who can rack up the most wins. Or extend the fun and play “Blackout”. The first team to get a ball in every cup is the winner.
4. This Blows
Materials Needed:
- 15 plastic cups
- Balloons (1 per player)
- Table

How to Play:
Line up 15 cups on a table in a single row or spread them out. Inflate your balloon, then use the air from the balloon to blow over as many cups as possible.
You can only blow down the cups by first refilling your balloon, no blowing cups directly with your mouth. Keep going until the minute is up, and count how many cups youโve knocked over.
The player with the most downed cups wins! Stand behind a line and toss or bounce ping pong balls into the cups to score points.
5. Blow the Cup Race
Materials Needed:
- 1 plastic cup per player
- 1 straw per player
- Table with a marked start and finish line

How to Play:
Place each playerโs cup on the starting line. On โgo,โ contestants blow through their straws to push the cup across the table toward the finish line. No touching the cup with hands or the straw allowed!
The first player to get their cup completely over the finish line wins.
Best played head-to-head for a true race atmosphere.
6. Flip Your Lid
Materials Needed:
- 1 plastic cup per player
- 1 empty glass bottle per player
- Table

How to Play:
Place the cup upside down so that part of the rim hangs over the edge of the table. The bottle should be standing upright a short distance away. Using one hand, flick the overhanging rim so the cup flips through the air and lands on top of the bottle. Keep flipping until you successfully land the cupโor until the minute runs out. The player who lands the most cups wins.
7. Cup Frenzy
Materials Needed:
- A large number of plastic cups (at least 20โ30 per player)
- Measuring tape
How to Play:
Players start with a pile of cups in the center of the table. On โgo,โ they must build the tallest freestanding cup tower possible within one minute.
The tower can be in any shape, but if it falls before time runs out, they have to rebuild as fast as possible.
At the end of the minute, the tallest standing tower wins.
8. Tilt-a-Cup
Materials Needed:
- 8 plastic cups per player (all the same size)
- 7 ping pong balls per player

How to Play:
Start with all 8 cups stacked together in your hand. Bounce a ping pong ball into in the top cup.
Then quickly place the next cup from your stack on top of the ball and repeatโdrop another ball, catch it, add another cup.
Continue until youโve worked through all 7 balls and stacked every cup.
The challenge isnโt just speedโitโs control. If you fumble your stack and drop it, youโll have to scramble to start again. The first player to finish their stack (and still be holding it upright) wins.
9- Yank Me
Materials Needed:
- 4 plastic cups per player
- 3 index cards

How to Play:
Stack the cups by placing an index card or playing card between each one (cup, card, cup, card, cup, card, cup). The goal is to quickly yank out each card one at a time so the cups fall and stack neatly into each other. If the cups topple over, youโll need to re-stack and try again.
The trick is finding just the right amount of speed and confidenceโpull too slowly and the cups wonโt drop, pull too hard and your tower will explode.
The player who finishes with all 4 cups neatly nested in the fastest time wins.
10. Cup in a Cup
Materials Needed:
- Plastic cups

How to Play:
Stand behind a line and toss cups toward a target cup so that one lands inside the other. Continue until time is up and count how many youโve nested.
At the end of one minute, the player with the most cups in their stack wins.
