Unicorn Bark is Easy
Although everyone calls it a white chocolate bark, it’s really not white chocolate. You could buy white chocolate chips and melt them, but I used white candy melts. You’ll also need pink and purple food coloring, sprinkles and popcorn to make this colorful unicorn treat. Not the healthiest treat, but it’s tasty, super colorful and they look sensational with my unicorn party favor box printable.

Recipe Notes
You could add all kinds of things to your bark. Be creative. Nuts, seeds, candies, and cereal would all make great toppings.

Don’t lose it, pin it for later:
It looks like I am going to have to make and store this in advance of the party. I am certain yours was gobbled up before it had a chance to cool, but any thoughts on how well it stores for a few days? Will need to use popcorn; cannot sub nuts/seeds due to allergies. So, does the popcorn still crunch after storing?
How yummy this looks and the colors are super fun!!
Awesome recipe!! My daughter will love this!!?
Thank you! It’s sure to please any kid!
The white chocolate is usually too sweet for me but I think I could totally do it with all the mix ins. The popcorn is a great touch. Plus it looks so fun with those gorgeous colors!!
Thank you! I love the popcorn in there too. It was my daughter’s idea!
Those barks looks so pretty and delicious ! Adults and children would love those at any party!
No way! This bark is fantastic and thank you for the easy-to-follow recipe!
This is such a fun a colorful treat! Love how magical it looks!
How long can this be stored without losing the popcorn crunchiness? I am sure you have made it and it magically disappears. I have to store it in advance of a school party.
That’s a good question. I only made it a day in advance and I didn’t’ get any complaints. I stored it in ziplock bags. In my experience popcorn is OK in bags for a day or 2. Remember, there’s a lot going on here, I don’t think the kids will care if the popcorn is a bit chewy.
Thanks! I will be ordering your favor boxes for the snacks
What a fun and colorful treat!! I love bark & this is the prettiest ever!
