This white chocolate unicorn bark is very easy and fast to make even as a last minute addition to your unicorn birthday party!
Unicorn Bark is Easy
Although everyone calls it a white chocolate bark, it’s really not white chocolate. You could buy white chocolate chips and melt them, but I used white candy melts. You’ll also need pink and purple food coloring, sprinkles and popcorn to make this colorful unicorn treat. Not the healthiest treat, but it’s tasty, super colorful and they look sensational with my unicorn party favor box printable.

- 1 lb Bright White Candy Melts
- Pink Food Coloring
- Purple Food Coloring
- 1 1/2 cups Popcorn
- Fun Sprinkles
Melt the white candy melt in the microwave according to the packet's instructions
Lay a sheet of wax paper on a baking pan or cutting board
Pour the white chocolate on the wax paper spreading it out.
Place 4-5 drops of each food coloring randomly on the white candy melts and swirl the food coloring around with a skewer or a chopstick, anything slender.
Generously shake your sprinkles on top.
Add the popcorn.
Let it harden and break into pieces.
You could add all kinds of things to your bark. Be creative. Nuts, seeds, candies, and cereal would all make great toppings.
