Supplies Needed for your Heart box template printables
You won’t need a lot of craft supplies to make these heart-shaped boxes. They’re super easy!
- White cardstock (80-110lb)
- Scissors
- Glue (stick or craft glue – you could use double stick tape if that’s all you have)
- Something for scoring the card stock on the score lines. Like a big paper clip, a butter knife, a scoring wheel, or a bone folder.
- Heart box printable templates
The download is a PDF file with all 4 paper heart box templates. As always my files are for personal use only.
You’ll find the instant download in my Free downloads library for my newsletter subscribers. Just go to the bottom of this post to sign in and you’ll get an email with the secret code.
There are no SVG files but if you want to use your Cricut maker or cutting machine, you can first convert the file to jpegs by going to ilovepdf.com. Then just upload the jpegs to Cricut Design Space and you’ll be on your way to make a heart-shaped box in no time.
A step-by-step tutorial on how to score, fold, and glue your heart gift box is included in the free template file.
Once you put the box together, just squeeze the sides to open the box.
An easy open top reveals your surprise.
Of course, kids will always love candy! Chocolate box, anyone?
If you’re looking for something outside the box of chocolates, you could fill heart gift boxes with little soy or beeswax candles or gourmet food and snacks.
They would also work great to pass out as classroom Valentine’s gifts.
This romantic gift box could also hold a love coupon book which is always a great gift.

Hello Nathalie, I was hoping to print the heart shaped boxes, but when I open in safari, the page is blank. I do notice a “lock icon” in front on pressprintparty.com. Wonder what I am doing wrong? Thanks, Lynn
Hi Lynn,
The link your download is in a long teal box under the pin image. I just tried it and it opened for me. The lock icon is to show that my site is a secure site for payment in my shop. Let me know if you have any more trouble. Thanks

Hi Amy, the link is towards the bottom, right above the picture with the 4 boxes. Let me know if you still are having trouble. Thanks
